Lee Illingworth joins Collgar Renewables as Head of Project Development

Collgar Renewables is pleased to announce that Lee Illingworth has joined the team as Head of Project Development, with a mandate to drive growth and to lead the development of new projects.

Lee joins the team from 28th January and brings a wealth of experience in managing large-scale projects in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors, from pre-feasibility to planning and execution. Most recently Lee was overseeing the development and delivery of large-scale renewable EPC capital projects. He has also led project teams at Pacific Energy and Mineral Resources and has experience in project approvals, design, procurement and construction.

Collgar CEO, Sam Pearce welcomed Lee to the team highlighting the importance of the role in Collgar’s future successes.

Lee joins the Leadership Team at a key time for the business.  Also recently joining our Senior Leadership Team is Victoria Strong as General Counsel and Company Secretary, and Melanie Mistilis, who has been promoted to Head of Commercial. These new appointments demonstrate Collgar’s commitment to building and developing its team as well as a continued focus on growth to contribute to the state’s future energy needs.
